We are pleased to announce that we are giving Land’s End a fresh makeover!
We are removing the old stucco and replacing it with new and improved stucco as we prepare to paint the community. The process can be inconvenient at times and we really appreciate your understanding as we strive to make your community a great place to live.
With that said, as the new stucco is administered we are finding that it can damage the inside of the walls, causing pictures to fall down. If you are scheduled for stucco replacement, please temporarily remove your valuables such as fine art from the walls until the project is complete.

On Wednesday, October 30th from 9:00 am-6:00 pm there will be construction being done on building 104.
They will begin setting up scaffolding and begin stucco repair on the building. This will last for about 15 days. You will have access to your apartment during these hours. Please use caution when walking around the construction areas.

On Monday, October 28th, NorCal Asphalt will be re-sealing and painting the driveways and open parking lot on site. This project will begin at 7:00 am.
During the course of this project, no cars, motorcycles, bicycles, pets, people, etc., are allowed on the driveway or parking areas; re-entry will be allowed at 7:00 pm on October 28th barring any unforeseen events.
All cars need to be removed by 7:00 am on October 28. There will be a tow truck on site to remove any vehicle(s) left parked in the aforementioned areas. This will be done at the owner’s expense. We are unable to make exceptions. Please make arrangements ahead of time to have your car removed. Street parking is available on Palmetto and Esplanade. There will be standing guards at all of the entrances to prohibit entry to and exit from the driveways and open parking. Please be sure to make all necessary arrangements.

As you may know, we are making improvements around the community. One of these improvements will include an exterior paint job for the community but before we move forward, mock-up paint will be tested.
Please be aware that building 101 will be used to test the paint choices. This will not require that anyone enter your apartment home, however there will be scaffolding, painters and their required materials in the area during this time.
This project will begin Monday, September 30 and is scheduled to be completed on Tuesday, October 1.

Hello and happy August from your team here at Lands End! Below you’ll find some information and updates about the community. We hope you will take a moment to catch up on all things Lands End!
If you haven’t had the chance to enjoy the gorgeous view from our clubhouse deck or from the beach, make sure you do. We’ve seen dolphins coming by in droves and have loved every minute of it! Being able to see the simple everyday happenings out on the ocean is one of the great advantages of living at Lands End.
Rent: Thank you so much to everyone for being so diligent with paying the correct amount of rent each month! You can check your balance online via the resident portal at www.Landsendapts.com or call the office on or after the first of each month. Please remember that rent is considered late if received after 5:00 pm on the fifth of each month and partial payments are not accepted.
Unfortunately, due to an increase in returned checks received after the late date, we are now requiring any late payments to be paid with certified funds.
Garages: We have recently conducted a garage audit and found an overwhelming amount of spaces being used for storage. Garages are for parking vehicles and bicycles, should you wish to use the facility. Any other items should be stored elsewhere. Below are examples:
• Leisure items: golf clubs, surf boards, fishing poles
• Tools, tires, oil, antifreeze
• Recycling or garbage: newspapers, cardboard boxes, glass
Any and all storage items should be removed from the garages by July 30, 2013; failure to do so will result in our staff removing the items in violation for which we will charge a $50 clean up fee. Any confiscated items will be stored for five business days before disposal. This is something we would like to avoid but have found it necessary in the past. If you need to make arrangements for proper storage of your items that requires more time, you will need written permission from the property manager.
